As professional Home Inspectors, it's our job to look for the hidden problems for you. The Home Inspection is an impartial, professional assessment of the condition of the house. It provides you a knowledgeable opinion and professional report on the condition of the structure and numerous systems within a house.
Prior to preparing a report, an inspector must conduct a visual inspection of the house. The inspection process typically takes between 2 and 4 hours to complete. This of course is dependent on the size and condition of the home. We encourage you to accompany the inspector during the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the various systems of the home.
Some of the signature features of our inspections are:
- Free consultation by phone or email for as long as you own your home or property.
- On call by phone 24/7, with messages normally returned within two hours.
- Digital photos and embedded web links in the Internet reports. Those links provide additional details and explanations concerning reported issues, conditions, and recommendations.
- Emailed report in .pdf format next business day; CD and hardcopy report available on request.
- Inspections and reports meet or exceed the current Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
- Fully Insured and Bonded, including Referring Party Coverage
